Your niche
Each company on a paid list goes to one client in your niche for 30 days, and 8Hats Lab takes at most 3 quarter clients per niche; free lists are not exclusive.
Lead guarantee
If a contact does not work, 8Hats Lab replaces it free. When a company's published contact does not work, the decision maker has left, or the reason to buy is not on its source page, reply REPLACE and the company's name within 30 days. Within 5 working days the company is replaced free or its price is refunded.
First month
Pay for what you used. Leave in the first 30 days and you pay only for what you received, at one-off prices for companies and reviews. Bonuses are free. 8Hats Lab refunds the rest.
Short month
Short month? If fewer than 15 companies pass the bar in a month, the difference is added to your next list. Anything still owed when the quarter ends is added to your next quarter if you renew, or refunded at S$12 per company. Companies without a named contact are listed apart and never counted.
Payment
8Hats Lab confirms your order and sends an invoice. Work starts when the invoice is paid; a quarter starts on the day 8Hats Lab switches it on after payment.
