For 20 years, I've been a business person — not a technical one. I managed people, built strategies, and my toolkit was simple: PowerPoint, Word, email. That's it. When ChatGPT appeared in 2023, I started using it like everyone else.
I used to think AI was just another tool to speed things up — a way to draft emails faster or help me brief my team.
But here's what kept happening: I'd delegate a task — a presentation, a business model, a market analysis. Days would pass. The result would come back... not quite right. More iterations. More waiting. Sometimes I'd hear: "That's not possible in this timeframe."
Meanwhile, new AI tools were appearing every week. The anxiety was real: Which ones actually matter? How do I even keep up?
Then I tried something different. Instead of using AI to communicate with people faster, I started using it to deliver end-to-end workflows myself.
The shift was immediate. I could get exactly what I had in mind — the way I imagined it — in minutes, not days. No more endless iterations. No more explaining what I meant. The result matched my thinking.
