What We're Building

Full-lifecycle AI readiness platform:

Upskill Guided support to build real AI habits

Amplify Personal Digital Team to practice and grow

One platform. Continuous improvement. From current level to target level.

Tech Stack

Language: TypeScript (end-to-end)
Frontend: Next.js 14 (App Router), Tailwind CSS
Backend: Next.js API Routes, Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Edge Functions)
AI: Vercel AI SDK, LangChain.js, or similar
Infrastructure: Docker, Coolify, pnpm monorepo
AI tools: Claude, Cursor, Copilot — daily drivers, not optional

What You'll Do

Turn blueprints into working code with minimal handholding
Build and deploy features end-to-end (frontend, API, database)
Set up testing (unit, integration, e2e) and CI/CD pipelines
Manage staging/production environments and scaling

You Must

Ship production code with this stack (or very similar)
Use AI tools daily to move fast
Read specs and execute without constant clarification
Own your deliverables — we care about outcomes, not hours

Bonus

Experience with Playwright, Vitest, or similar testing frameworks
Can suggest better tools/platforms when appropriate

Engagement
